So I told him okay, I tell you what, the ad is $400. You run your ad for 13 weeks and if you are not happy about it by all means just let me know and I’ll refund you the money. He had never bought any marketing courses so his ad wasn’t very good. So what happens is after 13 weeks, he want his money back.
I wrote him a cheque and gave him a refund as I just didn’t want him saying bad things about me and I want him to be happy. I then run into him a while later and his telling me how he had to fire this lady that worked for him and I asked him why is that and he said because people would call him about the ad and she would never get back to them. Imagine that, he had calls from my newspaper but never told me.
